Jim Swope

Vice President of Ethanol Operations & Shared Services

Jim joined the business in 2012. Jim has over 25 years of experience in various operations and maintenance roles including 14 years involved with ICM at the LifeLine campus. He has specialized in equipment reliability, plant operations, data analysis, and strategic development within the manufacturing and ethanol space.

Jamie Boden

Vice President of Milling Operations

Jamie has spent over 12 years at the LifeLine campus in various leadership roles and is currently responsible for the plant’s two dry mills, two masa mills, the extruder, packaging, and the bin complex.  Jamie has over 25 years of experience improving plant reliability, increasing capacity, and leading cross-functional teams in corn milling, extrusion, and food manufacturing environments.

Adrea Sobetski, PHR, SHRM-CP

Vice President of Human Resources

Adrea joined the organization is 2018 and leads strategic HR initiatives that support organizational growth, employee engagement and operational excellence.  With more than 25 years of HR leadership experience, Adrea has a proven track record in talent management, organizational development and workforce strategy.  Prior to joining LifeLine, Adrea held a key HR leadership role at Triumph Foods, where she drove consistency in employee relations while helping to shape HR practices in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Michelle Clark, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Michelle joined the organization in 2013 and brings over a decade of strategic financial leadership.  Michelle leads financial strategy, planning and risk management to support the organization’s long-term growth.  Prior to this role, Michelle spent seven years in the audit practice at Deloitte, where she developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and advisory services.  Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, she gained deep insights into complex financial structures and best practices across a range of industries.

Jeff Rose

Chief Operating Officer

Jeff joined The LifeLine Group in November of 2025 and leads the companies’ Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Environmental capabilities. Prior to joining LifeLine, Jeff worked in renewable fuels, specialty chemicals and refining with Procter& Gamble, Koch Industries, and Delek, among others.  He is experienced in leading Operations, Maintenance, and EH&S, improving organizational engagement and productivity through an operations-centric operating discipline.

Jeremy Bezdek

President & Chief Executive Officer

Jeremy joined The LifeLine Group in November of 2025 upon the closing of the acquisition of the business by Turnspire Capital Partners.  Jeremy has three decades of experience in the Energy and Energy Transition space, including over 26 years at Koch Industries in various roles.  Jeremy spent over 10 years in and around Koch’s corn processing business, including the leadership role of the ethanol production business during the 2010’s.

Mark Murphy

Chief Commercial Officer

Mark joined The LifeLine Group in 2025 and leads the company’s commercial strategy across food, feed, and biofuel co-products, as well as corn procurement. Prior to joining, Mark spent 19 years with Koch Industries in a range of commercial and strategy roles. His experience includes leadership across the biofuels platform, with responsibility for distillers’ grains, corn oil, and specialty ingredient marketing, as well as capital planning and investment analysis for multi-plant operations.
