The LifeLine Group is a leading producer of corn-based food ingredients, renewable fuel, animal feed, and other related coproducts. Headquartered in St. Joseph, MO, we take great pride in the company’s history and its role in supporting its growers, customers, and communities.

The company announced its launch in November 2025, following the acquisition of LifeLine Foods and ICM Biofuels by an affiliate of Turnspire Capital Partners in partnership with AgraMarke Quality Grains. The two businesses, co-located at LifeLine’s St. Joseph, MO, manufacturing facility, have been brought together with a shared strategic vision under a new name, The LifeLine Group. As we begin this new chapter under a unified banner, we look forward to growing responsibly and continuing to be a close partner to our growers, employees, and customers.

The LifeLine Group is proud to be a portfolio company of Turnspire Capital Partners. For additional details on the acquisition, please visit our News Room or read the official press release here
