New York (November 12, 2025) —- The LifeLine Group (“LifeLine”) today announced its launch as a leading independent producer of corn-based food ingredients, renewable fuels, and related coproducts. The launch of Lifeline follows the acquisition of LifeLine Foods and ICM Biofuels by an affiliate of Turnspire Capital Partners LLC (“Turnspire”) in partnership with AgraMarke Quality Grains, Inc. (“AgraMarke”). Headquartered in St. Joseph, Missouri, LifeLine produces a diverse portfolio of products spanning food-grade masa and cornmeal, ethanol and related coproducts, and other value-added corn-derived ingredients. The company serves customers across the food, beverage, and renewable energy sectors, maintaining a longstanding commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability.
LifeLine also announced that Jeremy Bezdek has been appointed Chief Executive Officer to lead the company into its next phase of growth and innovation. Mr. Bezdek is an accomplished executive with several decades of experience across energy and ingredients businesses. He spent over 26 years at Koch Industries in a variety of roles, including leading the growth of Flint Hills Resources’ biofuels business, where he oversaw significant organic and inorganic growth initiatives prior to the division’s acquisition by POET. Mr. Bezdek also served as a Managing Director within Koch Industries’ investment arm.
“LifeLine will continue to be defined by its people, its partnerships, and its Midwestern roots,” said Jeremy Bezdek. “As we begin this new chapter, we are focused on growing responsibly – investing in our facilities, empowering our workforce, and working hand-in-hand with our farmers, customers, and community partners to build a stronger, more resilient corn products platform.”
“The LifeLine Group represents the best of American manufacturing and collaboration,” added Abel S. Osorio, Partner at Turnspire Capital Partners. “Under Jeremy’s leadership, we are confident in our ability to strengthen LifeLine’s position in food and renewable fuels while honoring its deep relationships with growers, employees, and customers. This next chapter is about growth with purpose, integration with integrity, and innovation with accountability.”
“AgraMarke has been part of LifeLine’s story since its founding in 2001, and we are proud to continue that partnership,” added Chuck Bebermeyer, President of AgraMarke. “We believe The LifeLine Group is well-positioned to build on the food business’s legacy as a trusted processor, partner, and employer, and we look forward to supporting its continued success.”
Portage Point Partners served as financial advisor to LifeLine Foods and ICM Biofuels. Chemlink Partners served as financial advisor, and Freshfields LLP served as legal counsel to Turnspire in the transaction.
